Before you ask
Is it actually free?
Yes. There is no fee and no obligation to continue. We do it because a designed page is a far better sales argument than a proposal, and because it lets us both find out whether we work well together before anyone signs anything.
What's the catch?
We do not do this for everyone. We take on a limited number of mockups at a time and we choose the brands where we think the redesign would make a real difference. The budget question in the form is how we decide, and it is the only filter we apply.
How long does it take?
Typically 3 to 5 working days from the moment we confirm we are taking it on. If we are at capacity we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
Do I own the mockup?
Yes. If you decide not to work with us, the design is still yours and you are free to build it however you like.
Will you redesign my whole site for free?
No. Three pages is the limit, and it is enough to show you the direction. A full site is a paid project.
What if I don't have a website yet?
Send us whatever you have, an Instagram account, a Linktree or a competitor you admire. We can work from that, though the mockup is more useful when there is an existing site to improve on.
What platform will you design for?
We design for the platform that suits the brand. In practice that is usually Shopify for e-commerce, Webflow for brand and marketing sites, and Next.js where the build needs to do something a template cannot.
Why do you ask about budget?
So we do not waste your time or ours. Knowing the range up front tells us whether a project is realistic before we spend a week designing for it.
