Core Web Vitals are not a checklist you run at the end. Largest Contentful Paint is decided by how the hero image and fonts load, Cumulative Layout Shift by whether media is given reserved space, and Interaction to Next Paint by how much JavaScript you ship to the browser at all.

Next.js gives real leverage here — server components, streaming, route-level caching and image optimisation — but only if the build uses them deliberately. We work to a performance budget from the first commit, then measure on mid-range mobile hardware rather than a developer laptop, because that is what your customers are holding.

Content architecture that survives growth

Most sites do not decay because the code ages. They decay because the content model was never designed, so every new page becomes a special case. We model content properly — typed, reusable, with a clear boundary between structure and presentation — and wire it to a headless CMS such as Sanity so editors work in fields rather than in markup.

Done well, the site keeps working after twelve months of your team adding to it. That is the actual test of an architecture.

Interaction that earns its cost

Motion should direct attention, not perform for its own sake. We build scroll-linked and staged animation with GSAP where it clarifies a sequence or gives weight to a moment, and we respect reduced-motion preferences and keyboard navigation as a matter of course. Anything that costs frames without aiding comprehension does not ship.
